If you call us with a concern regarding your braking system we will fast track your appointment to as soon as same day.
We may not be able to get your vehicle on the hoist for a wheel off inspection on the same day that you call us but we will ask you to drop by right away for a quick check over in the parking lot while you wait. This should only take 5 minutes.
We will check to make sure you are not running on metal to metal contact instead of the intended friction material, inspect for any type of fluid loss, and take your car for a test drive after you have described your symptoms to make sure the car is safe to operate before your appointment.
